2nd Annual 2008 Golf Outing

The Baldwinsville Chapter of Kiwanis is excited to sponsor the 1st Annual Kiwanis Golf Outing, a charity golf tournament to benefit local youth. The proceeds from the event will enable local children between the ages of 8 and 14 with many forms of special needs and health impairments to attend summer camp at Kamp Kiwanis. This camp program is different from other summer programs because it directly aims at enriching the lives of children with minimal resources in their home communities. The golf tournament will be held on Friday June 13, 2008 at Radisson Greens in Baldwinsville, NY.
Golfer Individuals or companies can buy a single ticket for $85.00. Golfers will play 18-holes, be offered a buffet lunch and evening reception with food and drinks as well as music by the Mike Sims Band on the outdoor patio. (Inside if weather conditions dictate). There will be ample opportunity to win prizes and awards. Foursome Individuals or companies can play as a team and buy a foursome for $340.00. Golfers will play 18-holes, be offered a buffet lunch and evening reception with drinks and music by the Mike Sims Band, as well as a chance to win special prizes on each hole for tournament participants. There will also be awards for top finishers. Hole Sponsor Each hole sponsor will have an opportunity to prominently display company name and/or products on each hole that they sponsor. The products can be incorporated into the prizes as well. Each sponsor will have available to them an individual from the Baldwinsville Key Club or the Baldwinsville Kiwanis to help proactively promote their companies products or services. (available to hand out brochures, coupons, etc.) Signs will be displaye stating the message you wish to convey. The donation required to sponsor a hole will range from $100 to $300 depending upon the program you choose. We hope you will consider this a worthy opportunity to shape the lives of children in our community. Please consider supporting this event as a sponsor/foursome. Your commitment will make a great impact on the success of the charity tournament. | |
